Julia Billingsley

Julia Billingsley currently serves as Chief of Staff for the Virginia House of Delegates, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Julia was the Policy Director at Virginia21 from July 2019 to July 2022. Julia's experience includes serving as a Legislative Assistant in the Senate of Virginia and as Constituent Services and Scheduling Director in the Office of the Lieutenant Governor from May 2018 to July 2019. Earlier roles include Outreach Worker and Lab Assistant at The Fralin Life Sciences Institute at Virginia Tech, along with a Governor's Fellow position in the Office of the Secretary of Education and an internship in the Office of U.S. Senator Tim Kaine. Julia holds a B.A. in Public & Urban Affairs with a concentration in Public Policy from Virginia Tech, where studies took place from 2014 to 2018.
