Cedric T Wins

Cedric T Wins serves as the Superintendent at Virginia Military Institute. Prior to this role, Cedric T held positions such as Vice President Of Business Development at L3Harris Technologies and President at Wins & Associates, LLC. With a background in military and strategic planning, Cedric T has also served as Commanding General in various Army commands and as a board member for Great Minds in STEM.
