Lindsay Brooker

Lindsay Brooker is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Assistant Attorney General at the Virginia Office of Attorney General since December 2021. Previously, Lindsay held the position of Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney at the Commonwealth's Attorney's Office for the County of Arlington and City of Falls Church from August 2013 to December 2021. Early legal experience includes a role as a Law Clerk at Arlington County Circuit Court and participation in a Prosecution Clinic at Greene County Commonwealth's Attorney's Office. Additional internships were completed at the U.S. Department of Justice and the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Virginia. Lindsay also has a background in government affairs and community service with positions at NATSO and the George Washington University Police Department. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminal Justice from The George Washington University.
