The Legal and Compliance Team at Virginia State Bar is responsible for overseeing and enforcing the ethical and regulatory standards of the legal profession within Virginia. They investigate complaints, provide ethical guidance, ensure compliance with legal regulations, and take disciplinary actions to maintain the integrity of the legal system. The team also supports initiatives to improve access to legal services and safeguards the public by upholding the highest standards of professional conduct among attorneys.
