Michele Byrd

Michele Byrd has worked in various roles within the healthcare industry, starting as a Customer Service Specialist at Comcast. Michele then transitioned to roles such as Broker Services at Anthem and Intake Coordinator at Parallon. Currently, Michele serves as a Utilization Management Coordinator 2 at Humana and Front Desk Clerk at Virginia Supportive Housing. Byrd holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate's degree in Health Information/Medical Records Technology/Technician from J Sargeant Reynolds Community College.
