Mike Holmes

Michael Holmes is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in executive management and finance. Currently serving as Co-Chief Executive Officer and former Chief Executive Officer and Vice President at Virginia Tire & Auto since April 2007, Michael has demonstrated a strong leadership presence in the automotive industry. Previous roles include Board Member at Urgently, where involvement included seed funding through Series A, and significant analytical positions at The Carlyle Group, MCG Capital, and Arthur Andersen & Co. Academically, Michael holds an MBA in Strategy, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.
