Conaway Haskins has extensive work experience in various roles related to entrepreneurial ecosystems, economic development, and government affairs. Currently, Conaway holds the position of Vice President of Entrepreneurial Ecosystems at VIPC | Virginia Innovation Partnership Corporation. Prior to this, Conaway served as the Director of Entrepreneurial Ecosystems at the same organization.

In addition to their formal education, Haskins obtained certifications in Advanced Angel Investing from the Angel Capital Association in 2023, and in Venture Capital University from the National Venture Capital Association in 2022.
