Debbie Allan, SPHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. From 2009, they served as the Human Resources Director at Virginia529, where they were responsible for leading the people strategy and overseeing a team of professionals. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, Debbie worked at LandAmerica Financial Group as the VP, Manager of HR Process and Customer Service. In this role, they managed a team of HR professionals and implemented process improvements to enhance customer experience. Before joining LandAmerica, Debbie worked as an HR Consultant at PARTNERS National Health Plans of NC/BCBSNC from 2001 to 2004.
