Anna Ozga has extensive experience in the finance and commodities industries. Anna is currently the Head of Corporate Solutions and Research - APAC at Viridios Capital since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at BHP from 2017 to 2022, holding various roles including Driving emission reduction and commercial carbon management in commodities, Minerals Australia Supply - Book Manager - Power and Carbon, and Acting Manager Utilities Minerals Australia - Heading up Power and Water purchases. Before BHP, Anna worked at South32 as a Global Commodity Manager - Aluminium from 2015 to 2016. Anna also has a background in risk management, having held positions at BHP Billiton as Global Book Manager - Aluminium, Marketing Manager, Book Management Team - Aluminium and Nickel, Seconded to Alumina Commercial Desk, Risk Controller, and Senior Risk Analyst. Prior to their career in commodities, Anna worked as a Risk Analyst at The Royal Bank of Scotland from 2005 to 2006.
Anna Ozga received a Women in Clean Energy Fellowship from EnergyLab - Australia's largest cleantech startup accelerator and network in 2020. Anna studied the foundations of entrepreneurship during this program. Prior to that, they attended Cass Business School from 1998 to 2001 where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies. Anna also holds additional certifications from the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), although the specific details of these certifications, such as the obtained month and year, are not provided.
