Dominic Howson has a diverse work history in various companies and roles. Dominic is currently working at Viridor as the Chief Transformation Officer and has previously held the position of Managing Director Viridor Polymers on an interim basis. Before joining Viridor, Dominic served as the Chief Information Officer at Viridor. Dominic is also a Board Member at Polynate AS. Prior to their roles at Viridor and Polynate AS, Dominic worked at Hovis Ltd as the Supply Chain Planning & IS Director. Dominic was responsible for IT and Supply Chain Planning, successfully carving out Hovis into a separate entity. Dominic also implemented a Cloud-only Architecture with a UK-based support model at Hovis. Before Hovis, they held positions at Premier Foods, Manor Bakeries Ltd / RHM plc, Manor Bakeries Limited, Serano Holdings, easi Solutions plc, and RM Education.

Dominic Howson attended University of Reading from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in Politics and International Relations. Prior to that, they attended Queen Elizabeth's School, Barnet from 1988 to 1995 and completed A Levels. In 2010, Dominic also obtained an ITIL V3 Expert certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
