Martin Ryner has extensive work experience in various industries. Martin began their career in 2001 as a High School Teacher at Värmdö Gymnasium, where they taught mathematics, physics, and computer programming. Martin also served as an e-learning teacher and developer.

In 2004, Martin worked as a Thesis Worker at Karolinska Institutet before joining TAC AB as a Production Engineer in 2005. At TAC AB, they were responsible for transferring product assembly responsibility from the US to Sweden.
