Robin Hilton has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. In 2006, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Bogaert Insurance Group. From 2014 to 2016, they held multiple positions at Direct ChassisLink Inc., including Office 365 Administrator, Microsoft SharePoint Administrator, Integrify Administrator, and Salesforce.com Administrator. Robin then moved on to work at Charter Communications from 2016 to 2019, where they served as a Salesforce Analyst, responsible for daily administration, support, and customization of Salesforce Sales. From 2016 to 2019, they also worked at Time Warner Cable as a Salesforce Support Analyst. In 2019, they joined Wells Fargo as a Technical Business Services Consultant, before transitioning to Discovery Education in 2020. At Discovery Education, Robin served as a Senior Salesforce Administrator until 2021. In 2022, they worked at Mavens - A Komodo Health Company as a Senior Salesforce Configuration Specialist. Robin'smost recent role is with Virsys12 as a Sr. Salesforce Consultant, starting in 2023.

Robin Hilton obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Anthropology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. This degree was earned from 2008 to 2010. Prior to attending the University of North Carolina Wilmington, Robin Hilton also pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from Gaston College, where they studied from 2005 to 2008.
