Julie Herb

Julie Herb, CRE, serves as the Vice President of Facilities Development at Virtua Health since September 2015, with a focus on real estate negotiations, strategy, and asset performance. Previously, Julie held the positions of Assistant Vice President and Director of Real Estate at Virtua Health, overseeing design, construction, and capital planning for various projects. In addition to current roles at Oaks Integrated Care as a member of the Board of Trustees and as Chapter Treasurer for The Counselors of Real Estate®, Julie has industry experience from Health Care REIT, where responsibilities included managing a multi-million square foot medical property portfolio. Julie's education includes Executive Education from The Wharton School, a Bachelor of Arts from Franklin & Marshall College, and a historical study at the University of Oxford.
