Jay Hammond

Jay Hammond is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in national and international sales management. Currently serving as Managing Director at VBA since February 2023, Jay previously held the position of Senior Sales Executive. Prior experience includes roles as Enterprise Relationship Manager at Citrix and VP of Sales at Plexis Healthcare Systems, where a strong focus was placed on building relationships with third-party vendors and successfully winning large-scale bids for healthcare organizations. Jay has demonstrated expertise in negotiating and closing accounts across 12 countries, mentoring new sales personnel, and contributing to the development of RFIs and RFPs. Academic qualifications include a BA and BS in Health Promotion and Fitness Management from Southern Oregon University.
