Mike Glantz

Mike joined VBA in 2021 as the Chief Revenue Officer. He is responsible for demonstrating the value proposition of VBA solutions in the market and achieving the company’s strategic growth objectives. He oversees the sales, marketing and account management functions.

With more than 20 years of experience in the benefits administration industry, Mike has served in leadership roles across operations, technology, and sales. Prior to joining VBA, he fulfilled several executive leadership roles in 14 years at bswift (Aetna/CVS), most recently serving as their Chief Commercial Officer. He has also served as a Vice President in Aon Consulting’s Employee Benefits practice.

Mike has a proven track record of driving sustainable growth by delivering value to customers through software innovation and services.

Mike received his bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.
