Michael Lieshoff

Michael Lieshoff has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Michael started their career in the Bundeswehr as part of the Wehrdienst from October 1996 to July 1997. Michael then joined MAZ GmbH, where they worked as an Employee from July 1992 to April 1999 and later as a Shift Leader from April 1999 to November 2003.

In 2003, Lieshoff joined Makant GmbH as a Manager until December 2007. Michael then worked at Vanguard AG - Medical Remanufacturing as a Java Developer from December 2004 to September 2009. Following that, they joined HealthCarion GmbH as a Java Developer from September 2009 to February 2012.

Lieshoff's next role was at smeet.com (sMeet Communications GmbH), where they worked as a Senior Java Developer from February 2012 to January 2018. Michael then joined friendsurance as a Senior Software Engineer from January 2018 to November 2021. After that, they worked at CompuSafe Data Systems AG as a Senior Software Engineer from December 2021 to November 2022.

Currently, Lieshoff is working at Materna Virtual Solution GmbH. Michael first held the role of Senior Java Developer from December 2022, and subsequently became the Head of SecurePIM Management Portal (SMP) from August 2023. Michael is currently serving as the Head of Backend Solutions.

Michael Lieshoff attended Freie Universität Berlin from 1995 to 2003, studying Informatik. In addition, they obtained a certification in Kubernetes Application Development and Deployment from Cloudogu GmbH in 2023.
