Paul Knights

Paul Knights has worked as a Product Manager at TalkTalk Wholesale Services since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Virtual1, where they held multiple roles including Product Manager starting in April 2019, Application Analyst from June 2016 to April 2019, and Quality Assurance Analyst from December 2014 to June 2016. Before Virtual1, Paul worked as a Test Manager at Upshot Limited from March 2011 to December 2014.

Paul Knights completed their education at Buckinghamshire New University from 1994 to 1996. Paul obtained a degree in Business Information Technology (BIT). In terms of additional certifications, they received the Adobe Certified Associate in Graphic Design & Illustration Using Adobe Illustrator from Adobe in August 2017. Paul also obtained several badges related to Salesforce Trailhead, including Accounts & Contacts Badge, CRM Basics Badge, Leads & Opportunities Badge, and Reports & Dashboards Badge. Additionally, they completed the Summer '16 Release and Wave Analytics Basic courses from Salesforce Trailhead.
