Nick Boctor has over 20 years of work experience in finance and operations management. Nick started their career at Ferrier Hodgson as a Consultant in 1999 before joining KPMG as a Senior Manager in Audit in 2001. In 2013, they became the Group Finance Manager at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers, where they were responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and statutory audit. In 2016, they became the General Manager of Finance at Kennedy Luxury Group, overseeing financial strategy and reporting. Nick then worked as a General Manager of Finance on a contract basis at Kin Group, where they managed the finance team and handled M&A support. From 2018 to 2021, Nick served as the Finance & Operations Manager ANZ at Specialized Bicycle Components, overseeing various finance functions and leading contract negotiations. Currently, they are working as a Finance Director at Virtually Human, a studio specializing in NFT projects and gaming.

Nick Boctor has a strong education background with a focus in business and finance. Nick completed an MBA Executive Development Program at the London School of Business and Finance LSBF in 2016. Additionally, they pursued executive education in Treasury Management at the University of Melbourne and obtained a certification in this field in June 2016. Nick also holds a Graduate Diploma from the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, specializing in Chartered Accountancy.
