Kristine Eve Odad has accumulated extensive experience in customer service and leadership roles within the telecommunications and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as a Team Leader and Subject Matter Expert at VirtuallyinCredible since April 2017, Kristine has honed skills in team management and technical expertise, along with previous experience as a Leasing Line Agent. Prior to this, Kristine worked at TTEC from May 2011 to October 2016 as a Customer Service Representative, developing a strong foundation in customer relations.
