Rachel Masters has a wealth of experience in the tech, media, and entertainment industries. Rachel began their career in 2000 as an Associate at StarVest Partners, L.P. where they managed and evaluated investment deals. In 2005, they joined Warner Music Group as Associate Director of Strategic Relationships & Business Development, where they identified partnerships with early-stage startups. In 2007, Rachel joined Ning as Director of Strategic Relationships and was promoted to Vice President of Strategic Relationships a year later. In 2009, they co-founded and managed a boutique social marketing agency, Red Magnet Media. In 2011, they became a Board of Advisors at BandPage and in 2014 they joined PCH International as Senior Director of Strategic Marketing. At PCH, they restructured the staff and management of the global marketing team and founded the company’s Content Lab. In 2016, Rachel joined Mighty Networks as VP, Marketing & Strategic Relationships, where they oversaw a complete re-brand and re-launch of the social media network platform. In 2017, they joined The Masters Collective as Community Marketing and Go-to-Market, where they developed effective strategic go-to-market and community marketing plans. Finally, in 2022 Rachel joined Virtualness as Creator & Brand Partnerships Lead, where they lead at the intersection of tech, creativity, and community to bring Creator & Brand partnerships to market.

Rachel Masters obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Brandeis University. Rachel then went on to receive a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from NYU Stern School of Business in 2006.
