Melisse Shaban

Melisse Shaban has been in the health and beauty industry since 1990. Melisse started at Aveda as a General Manager and then moved on to The Body Shop as Chief Operating Officer of the US Division in 1995. In 1997, they became the CEO of Vanishing Point. After that, they took on the role of Head of Consumer Genomics at Genaissance Pharmaceuticals in 2000. In 2005, they were the CEO of Niadyne, Inc. and Chrysallis LLC, a strategic management group dedicated to overseeing growth and development of brand portfolios in the health and beauty industry. During their time at Chrysallis, they oversaw investment in and management for innovative cosmetics brands including Virtue Labs, StriVectin, NIA 24, Canyon Ranch Your Transformation, and Frédéric Fekkai hair care and salons (prior to the sale of Fekkai to P&G). In 2009, they became the CEO of Strivectin Operating Company and in 2013, they founded and became the CEO of Virtue Labs LLC.
