Sara Price

Sara Price has held a variety of roles in the education field since 2000. Sara began their career as a Teacher at Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools in 2000, followed by a position as Personnel Director at YMCA Camp Cheerio in 2002. In 2004, they moved to Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools as a Teacher. In 2008, they became the Director of Development at the Public School Forum of NC, and in 2009 they were appointed as Community Liaison at the NC STEM Community Collaborative. In 2012, they joined Teach for America as Managing Director of Alumni & Community Engagement. Most recently, they have been a Director Of Education and Education Consultant at Virtue Labs LLC since 2019.

Sara Price obtained their M.A. in Developmental Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University between 2007 and 2008. Sara then obtained their B.A. in Elementary Education and Art History from Wake Forest University between 1996 and 2000.
