The opportunity Within the marketing team, you will be responsible for implementing the animation plan for our B2C clients, with the aim of conversion and loyalty, and in compliance with the allocated schedules.

🎯 Your missions: 1 - Creating CRM campaigns Build & plan the CRM Calendar in collaboration with the mktg team Briefing and monitoring of the email creation process Creation of responsive design campaigns in HTML Validation and routing of campaigns (e-mailings, push notification, In-App) from Leanplum/Clevertap

2 - Participation in new CRM projects: Automating recurring campaigns Redesign of templates and campaign planning Implementation of A/B tests (creatives, objects, targeting, etc.) Creation of new triggers (customer journey, scenario)

3 - Report of campaigns: Weekly reports (e-mail KPIs) Recommendations to improve campaign performance to all stakeholders
