Henry Hardaway

Henry Hardaway has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Henry started their career as a Thomas Watson Fellow at the Watson Foundation in 1997. In 1998, they joined Lehman Brothers as an Investment Banking Analyst/Associate, where they worked until 2000. From 2000 to 2012, Henry worked at de Guardiola Advisors as a Vice President in Mergers & Acquisitions. In 2013, they joined Virtus Investment Partners as a Senior Managing Director, a role they currently hold.

Henry Hardaway attended Harvard Business School Executive Education from 2021 to 2022, where they focused on Leadership for Senior Executives and Changing the Game: Negotiation & Competitive Decision-Making. Prior to this, they were a Presidential Scholar at Babson College, although the specific dates are not provided.
