Kevin White has over 15 years of work experience in real estate and investment management. Kevin is currently the Chief Investment Officer at Virtus Real Estate Capital, a position they have held since January 2020. In this role, Kevin is responsible for setting the investment strategy and finding student housing and market rate multifamily properties nationwide. Kevin also leads joint venture partnerships and directly invests in value-add acquisitions and development properties.
Prior to their current position, Kevin worked as the Managing Director - Acquisitions at Virtus Real Estate Capital since February 2011. Here, they focused on acquiring and developing properties in target markets.

Kevin's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Acquisitions at Cunat from April 2005 to August 2007.

Kevin White completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2002 to 2005. Kevin then pursued further education and earned an MBA in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business from 2007 to 2009.
