Senthil Kumaran

Senthil Kumaran has a long history of working in the technology industry. Senthil began their career in 1996 as a Software Engineer at Infosys, where they were one of the first 1000 employees. In 1998 they moved to Mcleod as a Software Engineer. In 1999 they joined Renaissance Worldwide Inc as a Senior Software Engineer/Technical Consultant, where they were part of the team that designed and developed deluxebusinessforms.com, and was the team lead for plaidmoon.com. In 2002 they moved to Harbinger Partners Inc as a Partner, where they served as a technical visionary and played technical architect role in the Inventory/Reservation module of a retail customer order management product for Retek. In 2004 they joined ObjectFX as a Technical Team Lead, where they propelled seamless transition of development team from traditional RUP to Extreme Programming practices, and improved the performance of routing engine. In 2006 they moved to JWT/RMG Connect, a WPP company, as a Technology Manager, where they provided Enterprise Technology Vision for the Clients and triggered revenues by restructuring development process. Finally, in 2009 they joined virtuwell by HealthPartners as a Senior Technology Executive - Web/Mobile Development/Operations, where they were CIO/CTO of virtuwell.com and a Senior Technology consultant to Healthpartners.

Senthil Kumaran began their educational journey in 1990 when they received a B.E in Electronics and Communication from Bharathiar University. Senthil then went on to pursue a Masters in Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology from 1994 to 1996. In 2007, they obtained an MBA in Entrepreneurship Management from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. In 2010, they completed an Executive Education on Innovation Leadership from the University of St. Thomas. In 2017, Senthil Kumaran obtained a certification in Machine Learning from Coursera.
