Kristjan Piilmann

Kristjan Piilmann is a seasoned investment professional and co-founder of Edgecap Partners, a mid-market private equity and growth capital firm established in 2021, focusing on high-quality companies in Europe. In addition to leading Edgecap, Kristjan serves as a board member at P&E Capital, a Tallinn-based family office, and holds supervisory board positions at COMAC MEDICAL Ltd, Viru Keemia Grupp, and Roofit.solar. Previously, Kristjan worked as a private equity investor at Novalpina Capital LLP and served on the supervisory board of OlyBet Group. Early career roles include M&A advisor at Citi and analyst at Goldman Sachs. Kristjan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from The University of Edinburgh and attended Tallinna Reaalkool.
