Ana M. Pineda

Ana M. Pineda has three years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Sample Quality Control Manager for Virus Geeks, where their role involves working as a liaison between the laboratory, COVID-19 sample collecting crew, IT, and the customer service team. Ana M. is responsible for supervising the process of samples being processed and results reported, and double checking that samples are taken to the lab in a timely manner and processed within the expected turnaround time. Ana M. previously worked as a Medical Interpreter for Teleperformance in 2019, and a Medical Intern for HOSPITAL ENGATIVA in 2018.

Ana M. Pineda began their education in 2003 when they obtained their High School Diploma from William H. Turner Technical Arts High School. Ana M. then attended the University of Florida from 2007 to 2011, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Psychology. In 2012, they began their studies at the Universidad de Antioquia and obtained their Bachelor's degree in Medicine in 2019. Ana M. also obtained four additional certifications from the SENA, the Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal y Ciencias Forenses, and the Universidad de Antioquia. Currently, Ana is pursuing their Master of Science in Health Informatics- Healthcare Analytics at the University of South Florida and is expected to graduate in 2024.
