Mastan Baig

Mastan Baig is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in support and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Support Engineer at VIS Networks since February 2022, Mastan specializes in the implementation and troubleshooting of Calabrio and Verint recorders, as well as managing significant issues in UCCE, UCCX, and PCCE solutions. Prior to this role, Mastan worked as a Support Engineer at Servion Global Solutions from 2020 to 2022, focusing on post-implementation support for Cisco products, including CUCM, CME, and CUC. Earlier experience includes a position as a Technical Consultant at VoiceTech Network Pvt Ltd from June 2017 to January 2020, where responsibilities included incident and change management and ensuring call schedules. Mastan holds a Diploma of Education in Computer Science from Panchasheela Polytechnic, earned between 2012 and 2016.
