Rakesh Sharma

Rakesh Sharma is a seasoned professional in the field of technical support and information technology, currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at VIS Networks since July 2022, where Rakesh leads a team of eight engineers on Bank of Baroda Contact Center projects for the client Tech Mahindra. Prior to this role, Rakesh held the position of Deputy Manager of Information Technology at AU Small Finance Bank from February 2014 to June 2022, overseeing both inbound and outbound processes for contact centers, utilizing solutions such as CISCO PCCE, LCM, and Calabrio. Rakesh began the career as an FMS engineer at CMS Computers from March 2007 to January 2014. Rakesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Art/Art Studies from the University of Rajasthan and a diploma in Computer DP&CS from an Industrial Training Institute.
