Dana El-Kalache

Dana El-Kalache is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in brand management, marketing, and program management. Currently serving as the Program Manager for Visa's "She’s Next" initiative, Dana focuses on empowering women-owned small businesses through funding, training, and mentorship. Prior to this role, Dana held various senior marketing and brand strategy positions at Alshaya Group, contributing significantly to the entertainment and hospitality sectors. Dana's tenure at British American Tobacco spanned a decade, where responsibilities included brand management and team leadership across multiple regions. Dana also co-founded Tamarat, a gourmet dates boutique in Lebanon, and has experience in social media consulting, investment management, and charity fundraising. Dana holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University.
