Dhruv Gupta

Dhruv Gupta is an experienced Solutions Engineer currently working at Klarna, specializing in the payment industry and e-commerce payment gateways since July 2021. Prior to this role, Dhruv served as a Solutions Engineer at Validere, where leadership of Proof of Concept projects and the formulation of business insights were key responsibilities. Dhruv also held positions in technical sales and research, including a Technical Sales Consultant at AVEVA and an Undergraduate Research Assistant focused on Human Computer Interaction at the University of Waterloo. Starting with multiple internships, Dhruv developed expertise in process engineering and continuous improvement across various organizations including Canada Post and The Hospital for Sick Children. Dhruv holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Honours Management Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
