Jasper Kuan

Jasper Kuan is an experienced professional in the financial and digital payment sectors, currently serving in Urban Mobility & Acceptance at Visa since December 2021. Prior to this, Jasper held various leadership roles at Mastercard, including Director of Government Engagement and Director of Market Development in Southeast Asia, where substantial achievements included the launch of Account Based Ticketing for transit payments in Singapore. At EZ-Link Pte Ltd, Jasper was Head of Strategic Product Development, notably designing and launching the My EZ Link mobile app and contributing to the success of the YouTrip prepaid multicurrency card. Previous experiences include key positions at Citi and OCBC Bank, where Jasper managed product strategy and customer engagement for various lending products and initiatives, earning several industry accolades. Jasper's career began in education as a Teacher and Subject Head at the Ministry of Education in Singapore. Academic credentials include progress toward a PhD in Sociology, alongside multiple degrees in education and criminology from prominent Singaporean and Australian universities.
