Melissa Huntley

Melissa Huntley serves as the VP and Global Head of Talent Management at Visa since June 2023, having previously held similar roles at Salesforce and Tableau. With a robust background in talent management and HR, Melissa has held positions at Nike as Senior HR Business Partner and Head of Global Talent Strategy, as well as at MetLife as Assistant Vice President of Global Talent Management & Leadership Development. Prior experience includes strategic HR roles at New York & Company, MTV Networks, Johnson & Johnson, and Google, alongside early career experience as a Special Education Teacher with Teach For America. Melissa holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Trinity Washington University, an MBA in HR and Organizational Development from The George Washington University School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in African-American/Black Studies and Psychology from Wesleyan University.
