Rania Kaissi-Fawaz

Rania Kaissi-Fawaz is an accomplished finance executive currently serving as the VP & CFO at Visa for the Middle East, North Africa, Levant, and Pakistan since February 2023. Rania holds significant leadership roles, including Member of the Board of Directors at the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants and Member of the CIMA Council. With extensive experience at Visa Inc. and PepsiCo, Rania has driven financial control strategies across various regions, emphasizing compliance, cash flow management, and talent development. Rania began their career as an Economic Analyst at Banque Audi SAL and holds an MBA with an emphasis in finance and a BA in Economics from the American University of Beirut, along with a French Baccalaureat from International College, Lebanon.
