Ricky Arnold

Ricky Arnold serves as the Head of Inclusion and Diversity for Talent Acquisition globally and Head of Talent Acquisition for Europe at Visa, beginning in January 2020. In this role, Ricky leads experienced and early career hiring across Europe while executing global diversity hiring initiatives. Previously, Ricky held positions as Account Director at Resource Solutions for Visa and Deutsche Bank, and as Relationship Manager at HSBC for Resource Solutions. Early career experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant at Randstad Financial & Professional and at Michael Page Financial Services, specializing in project/change recruitment within financial services. Ricky's educational background includes a BA hons in History from the University of the West of England, obtained from 2000 to 2004.
