Todd Fox

Todd Fox is an accomplished public policy professional with extensive experience in global government relations and digital financial services. Currently serving as the Head of Global Policy at Visa since October 2012, Todd leads a team focused on thought leadership, regulatory analysis, and building networks for economic empowerment through digital commerce. Previous roles include Vice President of Government Relations Strategy and Vice President of Public Policy Development at Visa, where Todd aligned stakeholder strategies with business priorities and created policy content. Past experiences also include roles at Rio Tinto, the Inter American Development Bank, and the International Trade Administration. Todd holds a Master's degree in International Affairs and Economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and has participated in the Fulbright program at McGill University.
