Andrea Raty

Andrea Raty has extensive experience in human resources, notably serving as Senior Director of Employee Relations and Senior Director of HR Business Partner at Visa from January 1997 to January 2016. In these roles, Raty managed employee concerns, ensuring fair treatment and effective conflict resolution while providing strategic HR solutions across various business functions. Prior to Visa, Raty worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Breckenridge Ski Resort, where responsibilities included leading recruitment for 1,200 seasonal employees and managing employee records. Raty holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Northern Colorado.
