Chari Dela Cruz is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Sr. Director of Client and People Experience at Visa since September 2022. Prior to this role, Chari held multiple senior positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from July 2011 to September 2022, including Executive Director, Human Resources Program Manager, and various Vice President roles focused on operations and process improvement.
