Jessica K. has extensive experience in client training and development, currently serving as the Director of DPS Client Training & Development at Visa since March 2015. In this role, Jessica leads a team of experts in delivering software training tailored to client needs and is responsible for developing training strategies. Previous positions at Visa include Senior Training Manager and Training Manager, where Jessica implemented innovative training programs and consulted with leadership and clients. Prior to Visa, Jessica worked at Bridgepoint Education as a Policy & Implementation Manager, spearheading the establishment of a new department, and has experience as an Adjunct Faculty at Ashford University, focusing on student-centered learning. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from California State University San Marcos and a Master of Arts in Teaching and Learning with Technology from Ashford University.
