Kenneth Kent Boncales

Kenneth Kent Boncales is an experienced operations leader with a background in managing teams and enhancing operational efficiency. Currently serving as Operations Team Leader at VISAYA since July 2022, Kenneth oversees the management of patient medical records, focusing on team supervision and compliance. Prior to this role, Kenneth worked as Operations Supervisor at Qualfon from August 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities included executing strategic plans, managing daily operations, and improving quality standards for new hires. Kenneth also has experience as an Executive Resolution Manager at Qualfon, addressing escalated customer issues, and as a Logistics Staff Specialist at SPI GLOBAL II, providing training and support in logistics communication. Kenneth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from St. Paul University-Dumaguete and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Negros Oriental State University.
