Elton started their career as a Senior Engineer at a company called 普安科技, where they worked on various product lines including enterprise SAN storage and redundant unified storage systems. In 2016, they transitioned to AccelStor as a Product Manager, responsible for all-flash array product planning and management. Their tasks included component selection, product schedule control, and coordination with different departments. During their tenure, they also gained experience in product development, bug tracking, and customer fulfillment.

In 2019, Elton joined Perfect Corp. as a Project Manager, primarily focusing on US projects and establishing collaborations with cosmetics and skincare brands. Elton played a crucial role in providing services like virtual try-on, shade finder, and skin detection, while also assisting brands with their global launch.

Elton further expanded their career by working as a Senior Product Manager at VC technology in 2020.
