Maya Doron

Maya Doron is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Vishay Precision Group, Inc. since October 2021, where responsibility includes overseeing recruitment activities across Israel and managing a team of coordinators to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Sourcing Manager at Nestlé from January 2017 to September 2021, where Maya managed sourcing for Osem-Nestlé and Nespresso headquarters. Additionally, Maya has held roles such as Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mey Eden, Recruiter at Hever Human Resources, and Shift Manager at Holmes Place Israel. Maya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
