Rangaswamy RangaswamyMuthuraman's work experience begins in 1988 at SPEL Semiconductors Limited, where they started as a Management Trainee and eventually became the Manufacturing Manager. In this role, they oversaw various aspects of operations, including new business, customer support, and supplier management. Rangaswamy managed a plant with a team of 50 engineers and over 300 operators.

In 2000, Rangaswamy joined STATS ChipPAC Ltd Singapore as the Senior Director of Corporate QRA. Rangaswamy held this position until 2015 and was responsible for quality and reliability assurance. Rangaswamy then transitioned to the role of Senior Director - QRA, where they focused on quality and reliability assurance.

In 2016, Rangaswamy joined Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. as the Director - Global Quality, Semiconductors & Conflict Mineral Management and still holds this position.
