Huimin Tan

HuiMin Tan has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. HuiMin started their career as a Finance Director at the International Council of Malaysian Scholars and Associates in 2016. HuiMin then joined pH Capital as a Junior Financial Analyst from November 2016 to April 2017. In 2018, they joined AlphaSights as an Associate in APAC Capital Markets, and later progressed to Manager and Senior Manager roles in the same department. In 2023, they joined Visible Alpha as the APAC Lead for Sales Development.

HuiMin Tan completed their Bachelor's degree with First Class Honors in Dual Major in Professional Accounting and Finance from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from 2014 to 2018. During their time at the university, they were awarded the Academic Achievement Medal for being in the top 1-2% of their class. Additionally, HuiMin participated in an Academic Exchange Program at The University of British Columbia, where they focused on Accounting and Finance. Prior to their university studies, they attended Pay Fong High School in Melaka, Malaysia from 2009 to 2014.
