Prasetya B. Yudaputra

Prasetya B. Yudaputra has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Prasetya B. currently holds the position of Group COO at Visinema, a role they started in February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Visinema from October 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining Visinema, Prasetya worked at Kitabisa.com, where they held the role of VP of Trust & Culture from February 2020 to September 2020. In this position, they led and improved the capability of the People & Culture Team, implementing key strategic projects such as revamping the company's mission, vision, and values, implementing company-wide OKRs, and creating online onboarding and performance review processes.

From 2012 to 2020, Prasetya worked at Mapan - PT Ruma as the Head of Human Capital & General Affairs. In this role, they successfully supported the growth and expansion of the company, overseeing the strategic planning and implementation of all human resources and general affairs activities.

In 2018, Prasetya served as the Head of People Acquisition (interim) at GO-PAY, an independent entity within the Gojek Group. Prasetya B. was responsible for hiring key management personnel and building the recruitment capability of the organization.

Prior to that, they worked at CNOOC SES Ltd. in various roles, including Supervisor of Human Resources (seconded to Husky - CNOOC Madura Ltd.), Supervisor of HR Management System, HR Planning & Staffing Analyst, and Training Analyst. Prasetya B. handled responsibilities such as manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits planning, personnel administration, and training.

Prasetya started their career as a Marketing Assistant in the Brand Development/Marketing Division at PT. Nestle Indonesia in 2006.

Prasetya B. Yudaputra completed their Bachelor of Economic degree in Management from the University of Indonesia, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. Before that, they attended SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta from 1999 to 2002, focusing on Natural Sciences.

In addition to their formal education, Prasetya B. Yudaputra also obtained various certifications. In 2017, they completed the Swedish Institute Management Programme from The Swedish Institute. In 2011, they obtained the Global Remuneration Professional - GR6 and GR7 certifications from WorldatWork. In 2010, they received a Certificate of Business Management Program - Human Resources Management Module from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya. In 2009, they became a Certified BSC Professional - Advanced Level and received a Professional Certificate in Strategy Execution, both from PT. GML Performance Consulting. Prasetya B. also obtained a Certified BSC Professional certification from the same institution in 2009. In 2008, they completed the DiSC Certification from NBO Indonesia.
