Prior to this, Deana worked at KDL Freight Management from March 2014 to January 2015 as an Account Manager/Client Solutions Specialist, where a stand-alone role was developed to manage Electronic Freight Bill Resolution and create standard operating procedures for numerous accounts. Deana's extensive experience at HJ Heinz spanned from 2000 to 2013, where management roles included overseeing customer service operations and leading teams to meet corporate goals. Deana began a career in retail at TSR WIRELESS, LLC, focusing on sales management and customer development. Deana holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from PennWest California.
