Giancarlo Ruscio

Giancarlo Ruscio is an experienced legal professional specializing in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Head of M&A (Legal) at Vision Group since February 2021. Prior to this role, Giancarlo held positions such as Senior Legal Counsel at Valsoft Corporation and Senior Associate at Torys LLP. Other significant experience includes serving as an Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and various roles at Torys LLP, including Corporate Associate and Articling Student.
