Chris Warren

Chris Warren is the current Chief Legal Officer at VSP Global. Prior to this, Chris was with USAA for 16 years, where they served as Vice President - Division General Counsel, Life Insurance and AVP - FASG Counsel. Chris has also been with The Baltimore Life Insurance Company and Fidelity and Guaranty Life Insurance Company. Chris started their career as a Corporate Associate at Venable LLP.

Chris Warren earned their Juris Doctor (J.D.) from The University of Texas School of Law and their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Journalism from Howard University. Chris also participated in the Masters Leadership Program of Greater San Antonio, USAA Leadership Academy, and received certification from McKinsey & Company in Black Executive Leadership Program and from NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) in NACD Directorship Certification. Chris is licensed to practice law in Maryland and Texas.
