Will Flanagan

Will Flanagan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth strategy, partnerships, and innovative program leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Programs and Partnerships at VSP Vision since May 2022, Will oversees the Global Innovation Center's initiatives aimed at fostering partnerships and exploring new business opportunities in eye care and eyewear. Prior to this role, Will held the position of Director of Growth and Strategy at American Inno, where growth and audience engagement were successfully enhanced across new markets. As General Manager of Chicago Inno, Will launched the company and significantly increased its market presence. Additional experiences include a Director of Marketing role at FanFueled, establishing marketing strategies for high-profile clients, and foundational contributions to PR and marketing at Wayfair. Will holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Arts from Hamilton College, complemented by a Conservatory Graduate degree from The Second City.
